All of our instructors have come from the workforce, allowing them to gain the necessary working experience they need so they can educate others. This, coupled with teaching, assessing and training qualifications gained, allows us to confidently promote our courses.

We currently offer accredited construction industry training in various disciplines such as:
- Plant Machinery under CPCS and NPORS
- 1-, 2- & 3-day First Aid at Work,
- Health and Safety Awareness (CSCS green card),
- Site Supervisor Safety,
- Site Manager Safety,
- Site Environmental Safety,
- Asbestos Awareness
- New Roads and Streetworks.
Advance Training also offer SVQ’s in Plant allowing CPCS and NPORS red card holders to upgrade to the 5 year blue Competence Card. Also including SVQ’s in Lifting Operations and SVQ’s in General Construction Operations. This allows CSCS card holders to upgrade their cards from green Labourer to Skilled blue cards.
Alongside these courses we also deliver a variety of Company certified training such as CAT & Genny, Confined Space, Abrasive Wheels, Manual Handling, Face Fit, Vehicle Marshalling and Fire Warden.
